Strategic Account Development Specialist

At Optiv, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Optiv's security services and solutions to strategic accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Your primary objective will be to build trusted relationships with client executives, develop multi-year strategic account management plans, and drive sales growth within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory and account prospecting and expansion plans to exceed assigned quotas.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with technology partners and their respective sales personnel to gain and share leads.
- Maintain effective internal communications with Optiv team members relative to specific opportunities, associated requirements, and client satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of experience in product or services-based sales, ideally in a technology company.
- Proven ability to build and execute successful sales strategies, with a track record of exceeding assigned quotas.
- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $140,000 - $250,000+.
