Position Overview

This is a full-time external sales role focused on overseeing loan originations within a specified region. As the main liaison for accounts in your assigned area, this position necessitates being accessible through various communication channels during the operational hours of your accounts. If you prefer a dynamic work environment over a conventional 9-5 schedule and enjoy engaging with business clients extensively, this could be the right fit for you. This role includes reimbursement for significant travel within your designated territory.

Compensation & Career Advancement:

  • Starting base salary of $75K+ plus a quarterly performance incentive
  • Guaranteed first quarter bonus during training
  • Historically, average quarterly bonuses have been 105% in this region

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and nurturing business relationships with both existing and prospective auto dealerships
  • Informing dealerships about our offerings
  • Identifying new business opportunities within auto dealerships
  • Regular travel to dealerships within your designated area

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adeptness in managing challenging relationship scenarios
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
