Position Overview:
This is a full-time external sales role focused on managing loan originations within the state of California.

As the key liaison for accounts in your assigned territory, this position necessitates availability through various communication channels during the business hours of your clients.

Your Role:
Sales Account Executive

Location:
Remote position covering the San Jose, CA area and its surroundings.

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the VP of Sales. Discover more about our exceptional Sales team.

Compensation & Career Advancement:
Starting base salary of $75K+, complemented by a quarterly performance bonus. The first quarter bonus is guaranteed during your training period, with an average historical quarterly bonus of 105% in this territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain business relationships with both existing and prospective auto dealerships.
- Provide education to dealerships regarding our services.
- Identify and pursue new dealership opportunities.
- Engage in weekly travel to dealerships within your designated territory.

Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proven career stability.
- High level of independence with a detail-oriented and task-focused mindset.
- Exceptional consultative selling abilities.
- Proficient in prospecting, planning, presenting, and closing sales.
- Strong initiative, urgency, and a passion for success.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships, including cold calling.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and adeptness in managing challenging relationship dynamics.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
