The sales division is actively seeking a technically proficient Territory Sales / Project Management professional in the Bay Area, California region.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, you will cultivate and sustain business relationships throughout the Bay Area, California.

The role involves a highly consultative sales approach targeting mechanical contractors, engineers, and property owners. Your responsibilities will include both remote and field work aimed at securing new projects within your territory while ensuring the successful completion of each project. Daily activities may range from engaging in discussions with business executives in a boardroom to conducting site visits for commercial projects alongside developers. This will require collaboration with inside sales, engineering, and other support teams to fulfill customer needs.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to socialize with clients through various events such as happy hours, lunches/dinners, and sporting activities a couple of times each week.

Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess territory sales experience in industrial manufacturing and/or construction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-10 years of B2B industrial territory sales experience
  • Preferably experience with a manufacturer or construction company
  • Enjoys networking and building relationships with clients
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Must reside in the South Bay Area, California, and be willing to travel throughout the Bay Area for client visits

  • Starting salary range of $80-120K based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure and bonus program
