The sales team is in search of a technically adept Territory Sales / Project Management professional in the Bay Area, California region.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining business relationships throughout the Bay Area, California.

This role involves a highly consultative sales approach targeting mechanical contractors, engineers, and property owners. Your responsibilities will include both remote and fieldwork aimed at securing new projects within your territory while ensuring the successful completion of each project. Daily activities may involve engaging with business leaders in boardrooms or conducting site visits to assess commercial projects alongside developers. Collaboration with inside sales, engineering, and other support teams will be essential to fulfill customer needs.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to entertain clients through social gatherings such as happy hours, lunches/dinners, and sporting events a couple of times each week.

You will receive comprehensive training and resources to ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess territory sales experience within the industrial manufacturing and/or construction sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-10 years of B2B industrial territory sales experience
  • Experience with a manufacturer or construction firm is preferred
  • Enjoys networking and building relationships with clients
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Must reside in the South Bay Area, California, and be willing to travel throughout the Bay Area to meet clients
