Job Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly skilled HR Service Center Representative to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting current employees, retirees, and job candidates by addressing their HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage inbound inquiries related to payroll, time tracking, benefits, leaves of absence, compensation, performance management, pension, staffing, and other HR topics.
  • Guidance and Resolution: Apply company HR policies and technology to provide accurate guidance and resolve customer issues. Document interactions and research answers or escalate cases when necessary.
  • Case Management: Track and follow up on open cases, coordinating with team leadership or other HR resources to ensure timely resolution.
  • Policy Adherence: Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in customer service.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of HR or equivalent customer service experience preferred.
  • Licensing/Certificates: Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
