Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at UW Hospital & Clinics. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our staff, physicians, and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Support paging, messaging, and scheduling services for UW Health
- Provide remarkable customer service to UW Health staff, physicians, and patients
- Confirm and cancel appointments on nights, weekends, and holidays for designated clinics
- Take various calls ranging from connecting callers to inpatient rooms to executing emergency plans
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Experience in a large automated call service center and familiarity with at least one form of call processing software
- 1 year of experience in a medical, call center, or customer service environment
