Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at UW Health. As a key member of our communication center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our staff, physicians, and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support paging, messaging, and scheduling services for UW Health
  • Provide remarkable customer service to our staff, physicians, and patients
  • Confirm and cancel appointments on nights, weekends, and holidays for designated clinics
  • Take various calls, including connecting callers to inpatient rooms, notifying on-call physicians, and executing emergency plans
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Experience in a large automated call service center and familiarity with call processing software
  • 1 year of experience in a medical, call center, or customer service environment
