As the Regional Sales Leader (RSL), you will act as the primary sales resource and take charge of cultivating a profitable volume of C4 through the expansion of distribution channels, execution of essential selling strategies, enhancement of brand visibility, and securing advantageous merchandising placements within your region. In this capacity, you will forge account relationships that stimulate sales velocity through engagement, brand advocacy, and education with both consumers and key account personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CPG sales or similar account management within the off-premise channel
  • Experience in distributor management is essential
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and capability to travel within the designated territory
  • Preferred background in the beverage industry
  • Exceptional customer service, brand marketing, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in networking, selling, and engaging with diverse groups
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to passionately represent a leading energy drink brand
  • Solid business acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate outlet needs

Key Responsibilities:

Local & Key Account Development (60%):

  • Establish new distribution points and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Enhance existing brand visibility and ensure superior representation compared to competitors
  • Meet all merchandising standards within local and key accounts, including coupon applications and display construction
  • Identify consumer sampling opportunities and collaborate with the local marketing team for execution

Account Relationship Management (20%):

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the bottler based on market insights
  • Build and nurture retailer relationships
  • Address retailer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the Nutrabolt team to create incentive programs that boost brand loyalty and sales
  • Assist with product delivery as necessary
  • Monitor inventory levels and regularly review brand performance with leadership

Wholesaler Support (10%):

  • Oversee wholesaler/distributor incentive programs
  • Participate in and lead General Sales Meetings (GSMs)
  • Schedule and conduct market visits and ride-alongs
  • Maintain regular communication with distribution stakeholders

Communication & Reporting (10%):

  • Achieve sales objectives with consistent tracking and reporting
  • Submit all required reports promptly to relevant stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM tools to document account interactions and KPI activities
  • Conduct ongoing SWOT analyses and provide recommendations during reporting checkpoints
  • Gather and synthesize retailer feedback for the brand team

Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Bonus Potential: 30%
  • Car Allowance: $500 monthly
  • Communication Allowance: $75 monthly
