Key Responsibilities
- Elevate awareness of Stark Tech Group's core services and capabilities.
- Engage in proactive account management to achieve defined revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues on sales strategies, project design, bidding, and management.
- Maintain an organized pipeline to ensure effective project tracking and execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HVAC systems, critical power systems, or related fields.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a sales engineering role.
- Proven success in account management and client relations.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and project management principles.
- Strong understanding of product applications and system design.
