As the Area Sales Executive (ASE), you will act as the primary sales resource and be responsible for cultivating a profitable volume of C4 through the expansion of distribution channels, execution of essential selling strategies, increased brand visibility, and securing advantageous merchandising placements within the designated territory. Qualifications:

- Experience in distributor management is essential

Key Responsibilities:
Local & Key Account Programming (60%):
- Establish new Points of Distribution (PODs) and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
- Enhance existing brand visibility and ensure superior representation compared to competitors
- Meet all merchandising standards within local and key accounts, including coupon application and display construction
- Identify consumer sampling opportunities in collaboration with local accounts and the field marketing team
Account Relationship Management (20%):
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in partnership with distributors based on local market insights
- Build and nurture retailer relationships
- Address retailer inquiries, concerns, or feedback
- Collaborate with the Nutrabolt team to create and implement incentive programs that enhance brand loyalty and boost sales
- Assist with product delivery as necessary
- Regularly monitor inventory levels and review brand performance with the leadership team
Wholesaler Advocacy (10%):
- Oversee wholesaler/distributor incentive programs
- Participate in and lead General Sales Meetings (GSMs)
- Schedule and engage in market visits and ride-alongs
- Maintain regular communication with relevant distribution stakeholders
Communication & Reporting (10%):
- Achieve sales objectives with consistent tracking and reporting
- Submit all required reports promptly and accurately
- Utilize CRM tools to document account interactions and key performance indicators
- Conduct ongoing SWOT analyses and provide recommendations during reporting intervals
- Gather and synthesize retailer feedback for the brand team
Compensation:
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
- Bonus Potential: 30%
- Car Allowance: $500 monthly
