As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will manage a set of assigned administrative responsibilities in one or many stages from project conception to completion.

This position may support activities including pre-sales and/or post-sale tasks depending on the nature of the revenue type being supported and stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks from project conception to completion.
  • Support pre-sales and/or post-sale activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 10+ years of related billing/admin experience required.
  • Degree in Business or Accounting or 11+ years of related billing/admin experience is preferred.
  • Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies within project billings.
  • Adequate knowledge of accounting and/or billing practices and procedures a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
