Your Role:
- Design engineering for renewable energy and related projects.
- Monitoring construction activities in renewable energy.
- Engaging with clients effectively.
- Writing comprehensive reports.
- Managing projects efficiently.
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary consulting teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional engineering license in applicable states is mandatory.
- Experience with renewable energy projects, particularly in solar energy.
- Familiarity with site plan and zoning approval processes for renewable projects.
- Knowledge of erosion and sediment control plan approval processes.
- Understanding of stormwater management and hydrology.
- Experience in planning, designing, and maintaining stormwater infrastructure.
- Proficient in civil and environmental engineering principles.
- Skilled in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS).
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal water resources regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project managers.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
- Prior experience with solar energy project development is advantageous.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, with a range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Final pay will consider various factors, including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, geographic location, and education.
