Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up on distributed leads to ensure timely resolution and maximize sales opportunities.
  2. Generate store traffic and contribute to the market's success by identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and text interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  4. Support the sales force by generating sales leads and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  5. Utilize communication scripts to effectively handle various customer inquiries and concerns.
  6. Conduct research to gather required information and provide customers with accurate product and service information.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Minimum two years of related work experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry skills, including 10-key typing.
  4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Business ownership mentality and a positive attitude.
