Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to increase the utilization of disposable products within our current hospital networks.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling disposable products.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Track and analyze surgeon preferences and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Customer Engagement and Support: Communicate regularly with surgeons and staff to provide product and clinical support, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Business Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Account Manager to protect and grow existing business relationships, including business meetings and/or monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Early Morning Meetings: Conduct early morning meetings or calls with surgical staff as needed to accommodate their schedules.
  • Product Training and Support: Provide training and support to surgical staff on the proper use and disposal of products.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations to demonstrate the effectiveness of utilization strategies and activities.
  • Industry Research and Updates: Proactively stay informed on relevant clinical studies, papers, and other pertinent information and provide updates to the sales and marketing team when applicable.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Track all sales activities and opportunities on SFDC.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete and submit all administrative tasks accurately and on time (PTO, expense reports, virtual learnings, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant on-the-job experience may be considered a substitute for the minimum educational requirement.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years demonstrated success in sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Operating Room Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of Operating Room experience (tech, nurse, OR sales, etc.).
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or account management.
  • Technical and Clinical Knowledge: Ability to understand, support, and teach technical and clinical concepts, products, and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Flexibility to work early mornings to accommodate client schedules and ability to travel for training, tradeshows, company meetings (10%).

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive decision-making.
