About the Role:

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other software applications to perform administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
