Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Brookdale Chatfield. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visitor Management: Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, and ensure visitors sign guest sheets.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Mail and Package Delivery: Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Requirements

To be successful as a Receptionist at Brookdale Chatfield, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
