Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients, families, and healthcare providers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Call Management: Screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, perform data entry, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and staff to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working in a healthcare office or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in office software and technology, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
