  • Manage and process purchase requisitions, modifications, and invoices for the Operations division.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Monitor and analyze expenditures related to contracts and purchase orders.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Operations team, which includes data entry, organization of files, and generating reports.
  • Support the management and entry of contracts in the company's contract management system.
  • Provide backup coverage for the front desk receptionist when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, be personable, and have a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in various systems and software.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role, as there are numerous opportunities for advancement.
