About Mindful Support Services

Mindful Support Services is committed to empowering mental health professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners, to establish their private practices without the burdensome administrative tasks. We deliver exceptional billing, marketing, and administrative support to independent mental health care providers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Since our inception in 2011, we have expanded to include over 1,500 providers across 12 locations and continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients regarding their account balances, ensuring accurate information and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with clients to devise strategies for settling overdue payments.
  • Inform clients about their insurance benefits and financial obligations.
  • Handle escalated calls with empathy and maintain healthy boundaries.
  • Work together with team members to achieve departmental objectives and complete daily tasks.

  • Experience in a customer service position with measurable performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and respect.
  • A resilient attitude to navigate challenging calls with compassion.
  • A willingness to accept feedback and pursue continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative mindset to promote teamwork and innovative ideas.
  • Experience managing high call volumes.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A foundational understanding of health insurance (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour, with potential increases up to $19 based on tenure and performance evaluations.
