POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in addressing inquiries and resolving issues for both internal and external customers by providing detailed product and service information. This position is essential in delivering outstanding support while maintaining a courteous and friendly attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains customer records by accurately documenting account details.
  • Addresses product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, selecting and explaining the most effective solution, facilitating corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Generates product or service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data.
  • Contacts clients to arrange appointments for service technicians.
  • Monitors builders' timelines and manages service technician schedules.
  • Orders all components submitted by Field Service Technicians.
  • Completes closing tasks and work orders promptly, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Contributes to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficient in Windows software, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office setting with a flexible start time.
