Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains direct communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Assists the sales team by fostering and sustaining positive relationships with customers, significantly impacting service and product revenue.
  • Collaborates with various departments to achieve sales objectives related to maintenance services.
  • Engages with customers and distributors to accurately assess equipment failures and provides comprehensive reports to management.
  • Focuses on both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Pre-sale: Addresses customer inquiries to provide relevant product information and pricing; influences production and shipping timelines; suggests pricing adjustments based on customer relationships; identifies new business opportunities.
  • Post-sale: Handles customer inquiries regarding returns, order status, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolves issues related to production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing; evaluates warranty claims and coordinates repair resources; adjusts production and shipping schedules; identifies additional business opportunities.
