Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at DelMonte Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Staff Supervision: Directly supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations, including room inventory management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a front office or hotel operations role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as Front Desk Operations or Customer Service, are a plus.
