Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at CentiMark Corporation. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
    • Manage a multi-line telephone system and respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Process all incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and shipments.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventorying.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports, including sales and marketing data.
    • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
