Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office activities and assist with administrative functions.
  • Manage phone communications and maintain office filing systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate documents, manage databases, and prepare presentations.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
  • Provide support to office personnel and executives, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.
  • Ensure effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
