Position Overview

Role Summary:

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will serve as the essential support for our CEO, managing administrative responsibilities and sensitive matters with accuracy. Your duties will include overseeing the executive office, coordinating appointments, arranging travel, and acting as a trusted intermediary across all organizational levels.

Key Duties:

  • Draft and refine correspondence, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Oversee the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Ensure organization and efficiency within the executive office.
  • Document, transcribe, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Facilitate business meetings and events as necessary.
  • Manage various office vendors and handle corporate logistics.
  • Oversee executive expenses and ensure proper submission.
  • Handle the CEO's correspondence, including calls and emails.
  • Welcome and interact with incoming executive visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, QuickBooks, Concur, and web applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong grasp of office administrative practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting, legal, and business principles.
