Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts through regular business evaluations of service, logistics, and supplies to ascertain customer requirements.
  • Foster sales growth in established key accounts by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer loyalty by nurturing relationships with existing accounts and managing a substantial portfolio.
  • Drive expansion within assigned Key Accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver Customer Business Reviews.
  • Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Specialty Account Executives and Sales Directors.
  • Engage with specialty account executives on intricate clinical discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Group to prioritize and resolve customer service challenges.
  • Escalate unresolved service issues as necessary.
  • Utilize available tools and resources, including data analytics and marketing support, to enhance sales strategies.
  • Educate customers on new technologies and laboratory testing advancements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with Sales Directors, Specialty Account Executives, and customers.

Administrative Duties:

  • Accurately project monthly and quarterly sales figures.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline using the designated platform.
  • Consistently fulfill administrative tasks, including expense and sales reporting.
  • Complete all required training within specified timelines, demonstrating proficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with account management responsibilities.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector and fundamental business economics.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships, alongside strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

The compensation range for this role is competitive, complemented by a sales incentive plan. Salary offers are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, and applicable certifications.
