Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Overview:
As a Technical Sales Specialist at SNI Financial, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sales strategies by delivering specialized technical knowledge and support throughout the sales journey. Your core responsibilities will encompass evaluating technical schematics, developing part layouts, and overseeing the necessary documentation for effective project implementation. Furthermore, you will be tasked with reviewing and approving Purchase Orders (POs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in alignment with organizational policies and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Evaluation: Scrutinize client-supplied schematics and specifications to ensure compatibility with our production capabilities and standards.
  2. Part Layout Development: Generate comprehensive part layouts based on engineering schematics and client specifications, ensuring precision and feasibility for manufacturing.
  3. Documentation Oversight: Prepare and oversee Purchase Orders (POs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with sales and operational teams, ensuring compliance with all contractual commitments.
  4. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical questions, provide solutions, and guarantee client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  5. Project Coordination: Facilitate communication among sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Technical Proficiencies:
To perform this role successfully, candidates should possess knowledge of: MS Office software and internet applications. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems for managing sales and project documentation is advantageous.
Educational Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical sales or engineering capacity within the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance standards.
  • Experience with rubber manufacturing processes and materials is preferred.
  • Certification or training in project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., PMP).
