Position Overview

As an Environmental Customer Experience Specialist at Tradebe, you will serve as a vital resource for both internal teams and external clients, responding to inquiries and offering expert advice on hazardous waste management practices. Success in this role requires the ability to foster and enhance relationships across various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison, facilitating communication between clients, prospects, sales personnel, and operational facilities.
  • Manage customer inquiries, issues, and concerns within your assigned area.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales department to improve sales strategies and provide outstanding support to our clientele.
  • Prepare and present quotes for potential waste management services.
  • Develop and submit waste profiles for regulatory approval.
  • Examine profiles and manifests to guarantee adherence to DOT and RCRA regulations.
  • Submit pricing proposals for new customer contracts and adjust pricing for existing clients as necessary.
  • Work in conjunction with the transportation team to organize and confirm waste pickups and deliveries for clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer support related to industrial and hazardous waste.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RCRA regulations and experience in waste profiling are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying operational documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and waste manifests.
