Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled tier 2 desktop support specialist for a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site technical assistance to end-users.
  • Provide support for standard and local software, including MS Office 365, Outlook, and security applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Address technical issues promptly to reduce downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a technical degree or certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop support, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with networking and telecommunications technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to lift and transport computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in telecommunications and printer maintenance is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
