Position Overview

As an Environmental Customer Experience Specialist at Tradebe, you will serve as a vital resource for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on hazardous waste management practices. Success in this role requires fostering and enhancing relationships across various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison, facilitating communication between clients, potential customers, sales teams, and operational facilities.
  • Manage customer inquiries, challenges, and feedback within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales department to improve sales strategies and create a robust support system for our clientele.
  • Prepare and present quotes for prospective waste management services.
  • Develop and submit waste profiles for regulatory approval.
  • Examine profiles and manifests to guarantee adherence to DOT and RCRA standards.
  • Submit new pricing contracts for clients to the pricing team and adjust existing customer pricing as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange and confirm waste pickups and deliveries for clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer support within the industrial and hazardous waste sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with RCRA regulations and experience in waste profiling are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying operational documents, standard operating procedures, and waste manifests.
  • A friendly, service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
