Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Recruiting: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for available positions.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide them with top-quality candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Coordination: Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating job offers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the company's database.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in industrial recruitment, with a focus on screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Sales Skills: Sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
