Environmental Client Support Specialist

Position Overview
As an Environmental Client Support Specialist at Tradebe, you will act as a vital resource for both internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and offering expert advice on hazardous waste management practices. Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate and enhance relationships across various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison, facilitating communication between clients, potential customers, sales teams, and operational facilities.
- Manage customer inquiries, challenges, and feedback within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales department to improve sales efficiency and establish a robust support system for our clientele.
- Prepare and provide estimates for prospective waste streams.
- Develop and submit waste profiles for necessary approvals.
- Examine profiles and manifests to guarantee adherence to DOT and RCRA regulations.
- Submit pricing proposals for new customer contracts to the pricing team and adjust pricing for existing clients as required.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange and confirm waste pickups and deliveries for clients.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer support within the industrial and hazardous waste sector.
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of RCRA regulations and experience in waste profiling are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in interpreting and applying operational documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and waste manifests.
