Responsibilities:
As a

Project Management Specialist, you will facilitate and coordinate the efforts of various project teams.

You are committed to excellence and take pride in your work. You are ready to embrace the challenge.

Additionally, you will:
Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure the successful completion of projects, with a focus on resolving issues with subcontractors.
Provide timely updates on project status to Project Managers, escalating unresolved issues for Cabinet resolution.
Maintain and update the company database.
Generate tailored reports and pivot tables, utilizing VLOOKUP functionality.
Create and monitor contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and finalize project close-out documentation.
Act as the primary liaison with external vendor representatives and functional consultants regarding strategic and technical project matters.
Manage all communications between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.

Experience with Norad and Oracle is a significant advantage.
Telecom experience is beneficial.
You excel at organizing resources, setting priorities, and collaborating effectively at all levels within a team environment.
