Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for diverse entities
- Manage and oversee individual tax return processes
- Conduct bookkeeping activities for a variety of clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients and tax authorities
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax return preparation
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Familiarity with tax software, ideally Lacerte
- Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement
- Previous experience in a CPA firm environment
- Knowledge of multi-state tax returns is advantageous
- Experience with international tax forms such as 3520, 3528, 3520-A, 5471 is preferred
- Experience with clients in the real estate and entertainment industries is a plus
