Role Overview:
As a proficient sales account executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Southern California area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the building automation and HVAC controls sector, particularly in direct sales to owners and in the plan & specification market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with energy service companies (ESCOs), facility managers, end users, and other essential stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls.
  • Proven track record of selling to ESCOs, healthcare facilities, and industrial sectors.
  • Experience in Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
