About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, negotiate commercial terms, and develop proposals to secure new business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and support each other to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a full sales cycle role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think on your feet, and adapt to new situations.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
