About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing your skills and expertise to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, both existing and new, to ensure their business needs are met and exceeded.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Search, source, and screen potential candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and pitch proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
  • Adaptability: You are adaptable and thrive in new situations, able to think on your feet and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Coachability and Curiosity: You are coachable, able to implement feedback, and dedicated to continuous self-improvement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: You have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a full sales cycle role.
  • Prospecting Experience: You have experience in prospecting and lead generation, with a strong understanding of sales tools and technologies.
  • BA/BS Degree or Equivalent: You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
