Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales account executive to join our team in the Southern California region. As a sales account executive, you will be responsible for aggressive sales growth in our region. You will have strong sales experience within the building automation/HVAC controls industry, with a focus on owner-direct sales and/or the plan & spec market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with energy service companies (ESCOs), facility managers, and end-users.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building automation/HVAC controls industry.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the building automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls industry.
  • Experience selling into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, etc.
  • Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BAS platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
