Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented sales account executive to spearhead sales initiatives in the Southern California area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the building automation and HVAC controls sector, particularly in direct sales to owners and in the plan & specification market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), facility managers, end users, and other vital stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls.
  • Experience engaging with ESCOs, healthcare facilities, and industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec sales methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
