POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to contribute to our dynamic and expanding organization. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee product sales performance across a designated region encompassing numerous carrier and retail outlets. This role involves fostering partnerships with retail stakeholders and field management to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and increasing market presence for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales performance and market share within each retail location in the assigned area through a multifaceted strategy that includes direct sales, training, and influencing store staff.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with retail partners, providing training and resources to promote brand loyalty. This includes organizing group sessions, incentives, and virtual training opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis to gather insights and report on daily activities using relevant systems. Deliver market-level reports that encompass competitive analysis, feedback on retail conditions, and sales opportunities.
  • Train and motivate Retail Sales Associates to engage effectively with store personnel and customers regarding product offerings.
  • Maintain a consistent and visible presence in assigned retail locations.
  • Ensure product displays align with retailer guidelines and that merchandise is well-maintained.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in sales or retail, with a strong background in the wireless sector.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment, with full authority over personnel decisions.
  • Proficient in organizing and leading virtual training sessions with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to coordinate formal and informal training on product features and benefits.
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in managing performance metrics and reporting on competitive products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with retail partners and field leadership.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for increased sales and advocacy within a retail setting.
  • Effective prioritization of store visits during peak traffic times to achieve training goals.
  • Access to suitable space for conducting virtual training.
  • Knowledgeable in analyzing sales and market data to provide insights for underperforming stores.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and retail management.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
