About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our New Business Development team at Entertainment Benefits Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with companies to implement and sell our highly successful Employee Savings Marketplace, Working Advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct virtual site demos and presentations to showcase the value of Working Advantage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Prospect for new business opportunities using provided tools and resources
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and adapt to changing trends
  • Proven ability to take initiative and persevere to achieve goals
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
