This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work within our 8-hour shift schedules during standard business hours. Employees may start their shifts between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with the earliest shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the latest from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Occasionally, overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be necessary based on business needs.

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training lasting three weeks, with training hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality benchmarks
  • Address complex customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer service issues, including:
    • Benefit and eligibility inquiries
    • Billing and payment concerns
    • Requests for customer materials
    • Physician assignments
    • Authorization for treatment
    • Explanations of Benefits (EOB)

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or 1 year of experience in an office environment utilizing phone and computer systems
  • Basic proficiency in Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new software
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite
  • Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts during standard business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to navigate computer systems while on calls
  • Strong multitasking skills, including understanding various products and benefits
  • Capacity to maintain focus and productivity despite repetitive tasks
Work Environment:
  • Frequent communication, active listening, and extended periods of computer use
  • Moderate noise levels typical of a service center environment
