Automotive Receptionist

Middletown Honda is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

• Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including receiving payments, making change, and issuing receipts.
• Cash Handling: Reconcile cash drawers daily and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by Middletown Honda, including their features and benefits.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Dependability: Be dependable, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and high energy level.
• Customer Service Experience: Possess at least 6 months to 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
