Position Overview

We are expanding our Business Development team by seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships. This role will primarily focus on enhancing our B2B/commercial marketplace, engaging with laboratories, wellness and lifestyle enterprises, life insurance firms, and any commercial entities that incorporate blood testing into their operations. Our organization has dedicated teams for clinical research and healthcare payer/provider relations, allowing this position to concentrate on client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted commercial organizations, overseeing the entire process from initial outreach to deal finalization and successful implementation.
  • Define and execute essential milestones throughout the sales process, aligning these with Tasso's Sales Operations to foster robust customer relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide updates to leadership regarding any developments impacting forecasts or objectives.
  • Collaborate with Tasso's Commercial Leadership Team and Product Managers to pinpoint critical product requirements that facilitate rapid and scalable market penetration.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Clinical R&D, Product, and Operations, to gather market insights that inform our messaging and strategy.
  • Achieve or surpass revenue targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and consultative selling, coupled with a collaborative approach with Tasso colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking and managing progress within Salesforce.
