Job Title: Director of National Sales and Marketing

CSI DMC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of National Sales and Marketing to lead our Midwest Market sales efforts. As a key member of our National Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic business development plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals and revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the Midwest Market
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Travel to client destinations to present CSI DMC services and capabilities
  • Partner with local offices to close business with clients within the Midwest Market
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • CMP or DMCP designation a plus
  • Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed personal sales goals
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
What We Offer:
  • Base salary range $80-$100k, plus robust commission plan
  • Commission for leads that contract and operate
