Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to join our team at Wise Staffing Group. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record of sales success and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve annual targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Train, motivate, and manage sales leaders to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on category-specific landscapes and trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Enforce KPI Accountability: Ensure sales teams are held accountable for meeting key performance indicators.
  • Report on Account Activity: Provide regular updates on account activity and trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Executive Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
