As a Senior Marketing Specialist within PNC's Linga division, you will play a pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Ensure optimal performance, visual appeal, and configuration of products across various brands.
- Shopify Oversight: Supervise the ongoing content updates and coordinate with the technical team for storefront maintenance.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at customer retention, growth, and advocacy.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and drive conversions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance optimization.
- Customer Engagement Initiatives: Establish and manage programs that promote customer advocacy, generating case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
- Internal Communications: Develop and implement the internal communications strategy and manage updates for the Intranet Marketing.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance achievement.
- Performance Analytics: Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing operations initiatives.
Job Description:
- Independently executes and oversees defined marketing programs and initiatives.
- Utilizes a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies to drive the execution of programs and initiatives.
- Develops and implements complex marketing programs and strategies, including advertising, sales content, and internal communications. Proactively gathers and synthesizes data to identify trends and strategic implications.
- Ensures all operational activities are conducted within the established budgetary framework.
- Adheres to established processes and protocols, coordinating with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners. Collaborates with agencies, third parties, and internal business partners to facilitate the development and execution of programs and initiatives.
