Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Payments Sales Advisor, Linga. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Merchant Services Solutions and developing strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail and restaurant merchants, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive sales and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Linga Account Executive team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the growth and sales of LINGA solutions.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with merchants/end users, ensuring profitability while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance requirements, payment industry trends, and product updates, and communicate those cross-functionally.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Competitive strategies, competitor analysis, go-to-market strategies, new product development, process design, product lifecycle management (PLM), product strategies, sales enablement, storyboards, user research.
  • Competencies: Decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, financial services industry, knowledge of product line, managing multiple priorities, sales proposals and presentations, sales scoping and qualification, value selling.
