Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Ensure optimal performance, visual appeal, and configuration of products across various brands.
- Shopify Oversight: Manage the content of the online store and lead the technical team to keep the storefront current.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on customer retention, growth, and advocacy.

- Independently manages and implements defined marketing programs and initiatives.
- Utilizes a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies to drive the execution of programs and initiatives.
- Develops and executes complex marketing programs and strategies, which may include advertising, sales content, and internal communications. Proactively gathers and synthesizes data to identify trends and strategic implications.
- Ensures all operational activities are executed within the established budget.
- Adheres to established processes and protocols, coordinating with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners. Collaborates with agencies, third parties, and internal business partners to facilitate the development and execution of programs and initiatives.
